There are 240 properties in Big Rock and 208 homes.
Dues: $400.00 $230 of this is allocated for Brush Clearance and $ 100 to our reserve fund.
Transfer fees on properties sold: $500
Permits are required to film in our community: $500 for Film Shoots, $250 for still shoots

We have installed a Flock Camera system that records the license Plates of all vehicles entering and leaving our community.
Trash goes out Tuesday and is picked up Wednesday
Please remove trash cans from the street by Wednesday evening.
Board Meetings are currently held monthly, the second Wednesday of the month. Location will be announced and the agenda will be posted prior to the meeting .
Financial Statements and Board Meeting Minutes are available anytime upon request. Also your CC&R’s, Association's Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws are always available. Please request the documents by email or regular mail.
The Association is a Non-profit Mutual Benefit Corporation. Dues and contributions are not tax deductible.
